The child can stand. But he still doesn't crawl. He still isn't anywhere close to crawling. He doesn't even get in the crawling position. He doesn't scoot around much... except for when he's in his crib. He sits up great, but the only thing he'll do is sometimes move from a sitting position to his tummy. But he can stand! (check out the "tip toe" pose!)
